Charlee Zamudio-Fidler  
Owner/Artistic Director

Miss Charlee has been a dedicated teacher at local studios for more than 20 years.  She has just finished her 19th year with her own studio.

Missy Kiefer
Instructor | Broadway Basics and Broadway Moves

Miss Missy has been teaching music for over 20 years.  She received her Bachelor of Music Degree from UNC-Greensboro.  She has directed bands and choirs of students of all ages in North Carolina, Indiana, and Michigan.  Most recently, she teaches private music lessons and is the band director/music teacher at Holy Trinity Catholic School in York.  She has directed the music for various productions in the area.

Damaris Brusby
Instructor | Lyrical, Jazz, Ballet and Preschool

Miss Damaris has danced for over 10 years.  She trained at Greater Dover Dance Academy, as well as YARD.  She trained in master classes for 4 summers and completed two intensives at a pre-professional studio in Maryland.  Miss Damaris is ready to share her knowledge and love of dance!

 

Janay Elliott
Instructor | Modern, Lyrical, Jazz

Janay was introduced to dance in 2006. She has been substituting at the YARD since 2011. She even taught hip hop here at the YARD for several previously. She is a choreographer, make-up artist and stagehand for theatres in York.

Emma Rikas
Instructor | Preschool

Miss Emma has been dancing for 8 years, all of which have been spent at the YARD. She graduated from Shippensburg University with a degree in English Education. Miss Emma had been in band and musicals for most of her life and currently teaches color guard at West York. Emma is excited to continue her journey as a YARD teacher!

Dawn Wentz
Instructor | Hip Hop, Jazz Funk 3 and Tap

Miss Dawn has danced for more than 20 years. She graduated in 2010 from The Art Institute of York with a degree in Scientific Technology. She has performed and competed all over Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Virginia, as well as taken many classes at Broadway Dance Center in New York City! This is her 11th year teaching dance at YARD. She feels so privileged to be working with so many talented dancers involved in different genres of dance! Miss Dawn is ready to accept all challenges! Technique and positive energy is the key!
