Our Studio is dedicated to professional instruction of the developing dancer with an emphasis on
Ballet technique and Modern interpretative dance. Training focus is on the development and
achievement of each student encouraging self -confidence, self-discipline, creativity and
performance. Students of all levels from preschoolers to adults will enjoy the physical & creative
benefits of working with our encouraging & dedicated staff.

York Area Repertoire of Dance (YARD Dance Studio) offers professional dance instruction in ballet, modern
dance, lyrical dance, jazz, tap, hip hop and musical theater. The studio was founded in 2005 by Charlee
Zamudio and Romy Norris.
Since it's inception the YARD Dance Studio's students have received numerous awards, participated in group
and individual competitions, preformed for public arenas, and some graduates have continued their dance
careers with college dance scholarships.
Some of the venues our students have experienced include: Rockettes Summer Intensive at Point Park, 2006
& 2008, Capital One Half-time, Jan 2008, production of "Vietnam" at Veterans Memorial, and numerous
competitions.
